Welcome to my English tutoring website! My name is Reed, and I am thrilled to share my journey and passion for teaching English with you. As a direct descendant of Benjamin Franklin, I have always valued the importance of education and communication. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where I grew up speaking English as my native language.

My academic journey led me to Seattle University, where I studied Spanish and German. This experience deepened my appreciation for language learning, and I also earned a certificate in English for Speakers of Foreign Languages, which prepared me to help students from diverse backgrounds achieve their goals in English.

After my studies, I moved to Santiago, Chile, where I married and welcomed two wonderful children into my life. Throughout my career, I have taught English in a variety of settings, including institutes, companies, and schools, as well as preparing children for language tests. In addition to teaching, I have experience working as a translator, which has further enhanced my understanding of language.

In my free time, I enjoy playing music. I've played the piano since I was a child, and I'm currently learning to play the clarinet. Music is a passion of mine, and it helps me appreciate the art of language even more.
